OMEGA does not submit claims, represent beneficiaries, provide powers of attorney, receive recovered funds or guarantee that an amount remains payable.
Official publications can become outdated after publication. If OMEGA cannot find a later public confirmation of payment or recovery, that means only that no such public confirmation was located; it does not prove that the amount remains outstanding.
