OMEGA Global Radar reviews official public sources, identifies material economic rights that may have become disconnected from their beneficiary, and contacts a specifically researched person or company. Public records can be incomplete or outdated, so every finding is presented as something to verify — never as guaranteed money.
Not a general mailing.
Before an email is sent, OMEGA carries out an individual review designed to establish whether a public record is material, who may plausibly be connected to it, and whether a later public indication of payment or recovery can be found.

Public-payment records, refunds, uncashed checks or warrants, surplus proceeds, corporate consideration and other official economic records.
Beneficiary research
Names, corporate history, roles, successors and other public signals are reviewed before selecting a relevant contact.
Later-record check
OMEGA looks for public evidence that an item was paid, reissued, recovered or otherwise resolved. Absence of such evidence is not proof that it remains unpaid.

Research has value, and OMEGA is paid transparently.
OMEGA SEED 2026 is a limited free validation campaign. Outside selected SEED cases, initial confirmation is free and OMEGA proposes a simple written agreement before disclosing protected locating information.
- No advance payment. OMEGA does not charge merely to confirm which situation applies.
- Standard success fee: 5%. Calculated only on money actually recovered as a result of the protected OMEGA information, unless the signed case agreement states otherwise.
- Agreement before disclosure. The source, custodian, record identifiers and locating route remain protected until the commercial terms are accepted.
- No handling of funds. The beneficiary claims directly and OMEGA does not receive, hold or administer recovered money.
We can be wrong.
A precise public record is a serious lead, not final proof. The item may already have been resolved, the named party may not be the current beneficiary, or later information may not be public.
- Private and independent. OMEGA is not a government authority, law firm, bank, registry, issuer or custodian.
- No false certainty. We describe what the public evidence supports and say what remains unknown.
- No sensitive information in first contact. We do not request passwords, banking credentials or identity documents.
- No third-party claim-status enquiries. OMEGA does not contact custodians or authorities to ask whether a potential beneficiary has already claimed.
Easy to verify. Safe to ignore if anything looks wrong.
OMEGA's process is designed so a recipient never needs to take a financial or security risk merely to confirm a message.
No links in SEED outreach
Selected SEED first-contact emails contain no links, buttons, remote images, tracking pixels or attachments. Recipients verify OMEGA by typing the domain manually.
Nothing is paid upfront
A success fee is invoiced only after actual recovery and only under a previously signed agreement. No recovery means no success fee.
Keep control of your accounts
OMEGA never asks for passwords, access codes, card details, online-banking credentials or cryptocurrency. The beneficiary deals directly with the relevant custodian.
