Private commercial service

OMEGA Global Radar is an independent private research service. It is not a government authority, law firm, financial institution, debt collector, claims handler, custodian, registry, issuer or agent of any public body.

Public-record status

OMEGA researches official public sources and may contact a person or organisation where the available evidence suggests a plausible connection. Public records may be incomplete, outdated or subsequently resolved. Not finding a later public confirmation of payment does not prove that an amount remains outstanding.

No representation or handling of funds

OMEGA does not submit claims, represent beneficiaries before a custodian or authority, receive recovered funds or guarantee recovery. The beneficiary verifies the evidence and deals directly with the relevant organisation.

OMEGA SEED 2026

Until 31 December 2026, OMEGA may provide selected high-confidence case information in full and free of charge in exchange only for outcome feedback. Participation creates no contract, fee or obligation. The campaign is limited and may end or change after its year-end evaluation.

Commercial terms outside SEED

Confirming whether a matter is known, resolved or potentially relevant has no cost. If the potential beneficiary chooses to access protected case information, OMEGA proposes a simple written agreement before disclosure. The standard model is a 5% success fee on amounts actually recovered, unless the signed case agreement states otherwise. There is no advance fee.

Protected information

The exact source, custodian, record number, direct link and locating route are not published. They form part of the researched case information delivered under the agreed commercial terms.
