Information OMEGA processes

OMEGA may process contact information and information already present in public or official records to research a possible connection between an economic right and a potential beneficiary. We aim to use only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Personalised response links

An OMEGA email may contain an opaque case-response link. The link identifies the relevant internal case and intended contact without placing their name, email address, amount or source in the URL. Opening the link does not record a substantive response. A response is recorded only after the recipient selects an option and presses the confirmation button.

OMEGA records the selected response, case reference and confirmation time so the case can be closed, corrected or progressed. We do not need to store the recipient's IP address for this purpose and the response system does not use advertising trackers.

Email-security scanners

Corporate email systems may automatically inspect links. For that reason, an automated visit cannot mark a case as resolved, rejected or potentially valid. Manual confirmation is required.

Commercial enquiries

If a recipient asks to progress, OMEGA processes the correspondence and contract information required to document the commercial relationship. Sensitive claim evidence is not published on the website.

Disclosure and choices

OMEGA does not sell contact data. A recipient may ask not to be contacted again or request correction of their recorded response by writing to joseluis@omegaglobalradar.com.
